1. Scope of Services

EduCon International provides consultancy for:

  • Study visas to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Europe, Turkey, Cyprus, and Georgia
  • Visit visas to the same regions
  • UK immigration support services exclusively for Pakistani nationals

We do not offer legal representation or guarantee visa approvals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.

3. Consultancy Fees

All consultancy fees are clearly communicated before the service begins.

  • Fees are non-refundable once the application process has started.
  • Any government, embassy, or third-party charges are separate and paid directly by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Submit all required documentation within the advised timelines
  • Cooperate with our team for timely processing

5. Visa Outcome Disclaimer

While we guide and prepare your case with care, visa approvals are at the sole discretion of the respective embassies or immigration authorities.
ECI does not guarantee any visa outcome.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected is used strictly for visa processing and communication purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

ECI is not responsible for:

  • Delays or rejections caused by embassies or consulates
  • Errors or omissions in documents provided by the client
  • Losses arising from misinformation or misrepresentation

8. Changes to Terms

ECI reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad
